GOOD ENQUIRY OVER EASTER!

Easter and the Labour Day long weekend have passed but the rain is still hanging around.  Over the last couple of weeks we have experienced some good enquiry with another two allotments now being spoken for.  Even though we have had rain every week, the construction team have only lost a couple of weeks in total and completion of the estate should only be about six to eight weeks away.

If you would like some information regarding any of the remaining allotments please feel free to contact me on 07 5495 7777, or you can email me at sales@marsellospike.com.au.  We would love to hear from you.

Construction Started at Kings Country Park Estate

Construction has commenced  at Kings Country Park Estate.  There was a short delay due to the incredibly weather we have endured over the January period.  Even with all the record rainfall we have had its incredible to think that we have machines on site within 2 weeks of the floods.  It just shows you that this high and dry position will be a great location to build you next family home.  Each week we will have a video update of the estate construction so stay tuned.  Check out Week 1 of construction below.
